Precisely select your target frequency, apply focused boost or cut, and shape tone without altering the integrity of your signal. Overdrive That’s Built Into the Filter

Engage the overdrive and µMETRIC becomes something else entirely.

As gain increases, the circuit introduces rich filter saturation that’s intrinsically tied to the EQ band itself. Rather than layering distortion on top, the filter stage becomes the overdrive. The active frequency band dynamically shifts as saturation increases, creating movement, harmonic density, and a responsive feel that follows your playing or signal dynamics.

The result ranges from focused warmth and controlled punch to aggressive, resonant drive—all while remaining musically intentional and usable.

This is not a generic distortion circuit bolted onto an EQ.
